My name is Christine. I play a doctor on the internet.
Doctors Hospital of Sarasota hired HuB Studios to make a promotional video for their Hullaballoo Family Health Festival. And guess who got to play the "doctor?"
A :30 sec clip of this played on TV before the festival.
Christine Alexander, entertainer and improv artist, Lazy Fairy Improv
“I’d start with a late breakfast at C’est la Vie, and later, an ‘80s skate-a-thon at Stardust Skate Center with my new best friend, Steve Guttenberg. Then, it’s off to an early dinner at Joto, because I like it when they fling the shrimp tails into their hats. I’d pay for everything with a check. Then, I’d prepare for the last and greatest improv show ever, featuring members of the Lazy Fairy Improv, as well as celebrity guest, Jane Lynch. The entire city of Sarasota would be invited and the show would be broadcast internationally, of course.”

Sarasota actress Christine Alexander of Lazy Fairy Improv and FST Improv wears all kinds of costumes as she channels different characters onstage, but offstage she's been wedded to jeans and T-shirts. Her shopping adventure was a whirlwind of outfits and laughter to find just the right professional, grown-up look to stretch her everyday style.
CHRISTINE'S GOAL: "I wanted to find an outfit that I could wear during the day or out at night - something comfortably hip with a girlie flair."
JACKIE ROGERS'S TAKE: "My goal was to get Christine out of her jeans and into an outfit that had style, color and a great fit. I like this Joie Soft dress for the brightly colored stripes and the way the fabric fit her figure. It had the fun personality I was looking for in a dress for Christine, plus it showed off her amazing legs. I searched for flexible clothes that can go from day to night, and this is one of those dresses. Whether meeting friends for the day or having dinner with husband Chris, Christine could swap out the heel for a flat sandal in an orange or yellow and coordinate a slouchy bag or tote in a nude tone for a more casual look."
CHRISTINE'S REACTION: "I loved, loved the dress, shoes and earrings, especially when the dress felt tight and loose all in the right places. "
