Christine can lead an improv workshop at your place of business (or one can be provided) customized to your staff. Workshops cover a variety of themes: communication; customer service; sales training; team building + collaboration; and appreciation + recognition.
She brings teams to those ah-ha moments that inspire. This process enables executives, managers and employees to learn new ways to engage while providing a tremendous boast to company morale. Everyone can apply these lessons in their own space to work together more effectively.
Christine's improv based training has been recognized as a valuable tool by many national corporations and academic organizations. Her motto is: If it feels good to laugh, then laugh to feel good!

Changing Lives w/ Spare Change
Christine has harnessed the power of laughter through nearly 20 years of improvisational stage comedy, corporate team building and comedy wellness programs. As a founding member of Florida Studio Theatre's Improv Troupe and a student at both the Magnet Theater and Upright Citizens Brigade in New York City, she lives by the motto: "If it feels good to laugh, then laugh to feel good."
Christine launched the Laughing Lunches program where she delivers a morale boosting lunch break to company employees while reinforcing the benefits of communication and teamwork. Her favorite days are the ones where she uses laughter as medicine for patients of cancer and Parkinson's treatments, where a good laugh can often help to cope with stress.
In her free time, Christine enjoys stalking celebrities on social media, late night snacking and laughing loudly in awkward situations.
