LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE!

An hour of giggles and belly laughs, this interactive laughter class uses improv games to foster creativity and quick thinking with lots of laughter. Good times and good humor usually don't easy when you're dealing with cancer. And as with anything in life, a positive outlook and a good laugh can help you cope with the stressors of the day.

There are no mistakes and you don't have to be "funny" to play. Perfect for caregivers, people who are looking to "be in the now," wanting to move safely and laugh. This is a safe and courageous place for everyone to have fun.
