Christine Alexander brings 20 years experience in improv, teaching, and performance. She has been part of improv troupes as a performer and producer, teacher of 100’s of classes - from private students to wellness programs to business groups.
Her extensive knowledge of guiding a group from those hesitant first moments into total engagement allows her to quickly shift groups into an eager to learn atmosphere. She has the ability to engage the most resistant and bring an entire group to the ah-ha’s that will enable them to work together with ease.
This work provides unique moments which enable executives, managers and employees to learn new ways to engage. Attendees are then able to take these lessons directly back to their desks and work in more collaborative ways.
With humor, a focus on take-away learning and valuable engagement, our team will help your company work together to increase the value you bring to your customers.
One of the cornerstones of Improv is how you interact with your partner. It’s about encouraging them to keep coming up with new ideas and also being gracious and affirmative to those ideas. It’s also about knowing when to jump in when your partner is struggling, even if you may not know how you're going to help them or what you're gonna say.
“I’ve got your back.” Help those who have no help.
And we also know we can show you one of the other most important parts of Improv: bravery. Bravery to speak when someone else can't, bravery to stop being the silent one, and even bravery to share your ideas in the workplace and stay on your toes in any situation, no matter how far out of your comfort zone.
These skills can be used in any facet of your life, and we will show you how Improv can be a constructive, engaging, and fun tool for any personality and workforce. When we focus on discovering how bravery can help yourself and others, the mission becomes clear and the work easier.
